How to Return

As a part of our Business, Commitment, and Fare trade practice Proclean ensures the following return policies for our valued customers. The goods you order, are directly shipped from our warehouse to your doorstep and therefore our return policy complies with very limited circumstances.

Rotary mop, Flat mop & Household or Kitchen cleaning products following terms and conditions, apply: 

  1. Damaged product: Please check while you receive the product from the courier company. If it’s damaged, kindly return it back to the delivery man immediately. Accepting a damaged product will render the return policy ineffective.
  2. Wrong Product Delivery: The product delivered, doesn’t match with the order details. (e.g customer ordered Floor Cleaning Mop, we sent kitchen cleaning Products).
  3. Incomplete Product: Occasionally there may be a mistake for multiple items. We send our products to local warehouses. So in this case, please wait another week, to receive other items. You can also track your order from the Proclean helpline.
  4. Exchanges: We do not accept any Product Exchanges.
  5. Refund: We don’t accept any Refunds after purchasing the product. 

If you get any wrong product or damaged product, please take a few close pictures of the product or make a video of that problem, attach them to an email info.procleanbd@gmail.com specifying the problem with your order ID or message us on our official Facebook page at www.facebook.com/procleanbd Once you have submitted for a dispute, kindly allow our dedicated disputes team to investigate the issue and they will get back to you within 2 to 5 working days with a resolution.

The return policy is ineffective if:

1) More than 14 days have passed from the time of receiving the product.

2) Product color varies due to photography, lighting sources, or your monitor setting.

4) We don’t accept returns if the customer changes their mind after processing their order or during the product delivery.

5) The product must be unused, unwashed, and without any flaws.

6) If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

7) The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
