We have maximum 14 days replacement policy with the reason that if the customer receive with missing part or find any damage product or if we mistakenly send the wrong product, so then we will replace the product. But we don’t have a return policy for all our products which are sold online to ensure that our customers are unhappy with proper quality product that they’ve purchase. If you are unhappy or unimpressed with your order, but product is all okay and receive with in proper quality then customer can not able to give return. Proclean always work to maintain product quality. But all products are made with light non-mechanical metal materials, so for this reason there is no warranty giving. You have 14 Calendar days from the day you received your purchase to call Proclean to initiate your product replacement if the product comes with any missing part or find damage or if we mistakenly send the wrong product. Past this date, unfortunately, we do not accept returns, replacements.

We don’t accept any Refunds after purchasing the product. But If we failed to give the same purchased product after payment, we will contact the customers within 48   hours and refund the purchased amount within next 72 hours. If the payment was made by Online Credit/Debit card, Bank Transfer, Mobile Banking etc., the refund process will be done by the same method and refund time will be per government rules .

For replacement,you have 14 calendar days after the product has been received by you, to notify us that you receive with missing part or find a damage or send the wrong product, so then it can be replaced. If your item meets all the requirements, your product replacement can be initiated by calling Customer Service at the +88018-8684-8888. Replacement is easy. Simply follow the 6 steps stated below:

No. You only pay what you see. However, if you choose home delivery then you shall have to pay an additional charge for the delivery.
