We don’t accept any Refunds after purchasing the product. But If we failed to give the same purchased product after payment, we will contact the customers within 48 hours and refund the purchased amount within next 72 hours. If the payment was made by Online Credit/Debit card, Bank Transfer, Mobile Banking etc., the refund process will be done by the same method and refund time will be per government rules .
For replacement,you have 14 calendar days after the product has been received by you, to notify us that you receive with missing part or find a damage or send the wrong product, so then it can be replaced.
